The C&AG audits Union departments, all state governments and local bodies — thousands of reports across financial, compliance and performance categories. Political Eye ingests them to build a CAG Accountability Index over time.

Framing rule. Titles, jurisdictions, sectors and dates below are verbatim from the CAG listing (Latest 30 of ~2,794 listed reports (most recent listings).). CAG findings are recorded as audit findings with their financial impact — they are never labelled “corruption” unless the CAG itself establishes that characterisation.
